Gazoz is a producer of naturally fermented sodas that reflect an ephemeral time and place. The sodas are made with honey from local apiaries and infused with fruit, seeds, leaves, bark, and flowers from nearby. Old world techniques and minimal intervention principles inform our process. Each bottle is an expression of the synthesis of the materials from which it is made.
